About Manika
Manika (pronounced Ma-NEE-ka) is an Asian-Spanish American singer, rapper, songwriter, producer, reality TV-show host and published author. She was discovered by Michael Jacksons long-time manager (music exec Frank DiLeo). Manika toured with One Direction on their North American tour. She also performed at KISS FM’s Wango Tango, the Hollywood Style Awards, the nationally-televised Hallmark Hollywood Christmas Parade, headlined the Girl Scouts’ 100th Anniversary Tour and headlined Pepsis Shop Til You Rock Tour. Manika was the headline performer to 200,000 people and 650 movie theaters (streamed through Fathom Events). This performance was also nationally and internationally televised (via Discovery Network). Manika also recently headlined Light nightclub in Mandalay Bay Las Vegas and Hakkasan nightclub in MGM Las Vegas. She also performed on the main stage at MGM’s 2015 “Wine Amplified” music festival with 50 Cent, Sublime, and Panic!

Manika wrote and co-produced her last single “I Might Go..” featuring Tyga. Manika’s also wrote and co-produced her new single “How Can I Love” (playing on Sirius XM & Top 40 radio) that is charting at number 7 on the U.S. Billboard Sales Chart. She credits the huge success of this single to how the song’s lyrics relate to such a personal, deeply emotional level to a diverse crowd. Manika also incorporates videos from her fans into her “How Can I Love” music video in a way that is very different from any other music video concept you’ve ever seen.

Manika has her own radio show “Manika’s Love Line” on Dash Radio (5 Million Listeners). Listen to her every Sunday at 6pm PST/ 9pm EST. Manika brings on celeb guests every week and together they give love advice to her fans and listeners.

Also a published author, Manika donated the proceeds from her first book to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA), served as their spokesperson and gave inspirational talks to inner-city schoolchildren and visited young cancer patients. She is completing her second book now.
Manika has four-and-a-half million fans on Facebook and Twitter.
